It can sometimes be intimidating to meet the industry leaders you look up to but sitting beside them and breaking bread instantly puts you eye-to-eye. This series is made to help you develop a mentor relationship with the people you respect and admire.
Tier 3 Members
It can be lonely at the top but it doesn’t have to be. So much can be gained if we engage in open dialogue with the people we may very well consider to be our competition. Roundtables are designed to bring together the visionaries and leaders of the restaurant world to discuss the most pressing issues that affect our businesses.

After the channels for dialogue have been opened up through our roundtables, once a year, we will focus on turning those discussions into actionable items that each Tier 3 member can implement in their own businesses. The summit is designed to accelerate the evolution of our industry. It’s a key event for those invested in making a positive impact on the future of restaurants.
